Welcome to our class blog! We are the busy Bumblebees and we have lots of fun discovering facts about the wonderful world around us!
This week in Maths we have been using Numicon to help us think about number bonds to ten! We each took a dark blue piece that represented 10. Then the children had to think of bonds as being friends and find two pieces that fit perfectly together! We then arranged our pieces in order and talked about the patterns that we could see.
They did a superb job with this investigation and could use their reasoning skills to describe the patterns!
Bye for now!
