Every day is different at Hickling Infant School however they usually follow a similar pattern. 

08.35 – Children may arrive at school when the side gate will be open. A member of staff is on playground duty.

08.45 – Bell rings and children line up to come into school.  Parents leave via the side gate and this is locked behind them.  

Children complete early morning task and have registration.

09.00 – Collective Worship

09.20 -  Reading and writing roundabout - small groups for phonics, reading and writing

10.30 – Playtime and snack time

10.55 - Maths

12.00 – Lunch time

13.00 – Topic, forest school, PE, Computing, Art and Design technology (including cooking, sewing and gardening,) RE and PSHE. 

15.00 – End of school

15.00 – 16.00 – After School Clubs (these change each half term.)
